Delivery
Dispatch Time
At Eclipse Cards we offer a range of delivery options that most suits your needs. We endeavour to dispatch in stock items using Economy, Standard and Special Delivery services the next working day if received before 9pm (excluding bank holiday). Anything ordered after 9pm will be dispatched the second working day that follows. This is subject to change during busy periods. In some case we may upgrade your delivery depending on the order.
If a product is out of stock, you will be informed and we will send the item once back in stock, using a faster shipping option at no charge to you. If the product is discontinued you will be informed and issued a refund promptly.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
Domestic Services and costs
We offer a range of standard, economy and expedited options within the UK. Delivery costs are calculated based on size, weight and the chosen shipping method at checkout. The following is a breakdown of the services we offer:
- Royal Mail 48 - Economy Delivery. Online delivery confirmation. Non tracked. Order would be expected to arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch. This service provides no compensation for lost or damaged packages.
- Royal Mail 24 - Standard Delivery. Online delivery confirmation. Non tracked. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch. This service provides no compensation for lost or damaged services.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Economy Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £100 in compensation for loss or damage.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Standard Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. This service provides up to £100 in compensation for loss or damage.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery 4pm - Tracked Delivery. Order would be expected to arrive next working day after dispatch. This service provides up to £750 in compensation for loss or damage. (Please note that service does not deliver on Saturday / Sunday)

We also offer a special service for smaller items like booster packs that will be based upon weight and shown at checkout. Delivery costs for this method depend on weight and is up to £1.79 for standard shipping and £3.49 for signed for shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer free tracked 48 shipping on orders over £75 within the UK.
Europe & Rest of the World
We also offer shipping internationally for orders under 1kg. The price for these items will be calculated as checkout based on the weight of the order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked Service. If your order exceeds this weight please email at us at support@eclipsecards.com to see if we can find an alternative way of getting the items to you.
We will dispatch your order the next working day after we receive it, and it should arrive with you 3-5 working days later in Europe, and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World. Note these dates are estimates, we can not be held liable for delays with your local mail service.
International clients please be advised that Eclipse Cards Limited is not liable to provide compensation if the goods are removed, destroyed or if delivery is delayed or damaged by your customs officials.
