Pokémon TCG: Phantasmal Flames & Prismatic Figure Collection Release Info

The Pokémon TCG: Phantasmal Flames set and the Pokémon: Prismatic Evolutions Premium Figure Collection Box are two of the hottest Pokémon drops of the year.
We’ve already received an incredible number of messages about stock and availability, and it’s clear that demand will far exceed supply.
To ensure fairness, we’re using the same proven VIP approach as past releases. Here is how stock will be distributed:
- Phantasmal Flames: VIP early access, followed by a public lottery for remaining stock.
- Prismatic Evolutions Premium Figure Collection: VIP-only (no lottery) due to extremely limited availability.
Customers eligible for VIP access will receive an email invitation by 2pm on 31st October 2025.

💎 Wave 1 – Reserved for VIP Customers
VIP customers will receive early access to purchase directly through the website at the time listed below.
🎫 Wave 2 – Public Lottery
This is available to all customers. Those who missed out during Wave 1 can enter a lottery for another chance to purchase.
We have a very limited number of these available, and they will be exclusive to VIP customers who have supported the store previously.
Our VIP system ensures that only genuine collectors and long-standing supporters can purchase — free from bots.
VIP access has already been assigned based on order history, spending, and consistency of support.

💎 Wave 1 – Reserved for VIP Customers
The first wave of access is reserved for loyal Eclipse Cards customers who have consistently supported us across past releases. Customers eligible for VIP access will receive an email invitation by 2pm on 31st October 2025 .
Selection is based on order history, spending, and ongoing support.
This wave is invite-only, and emails have been sent directly to eligible customers.
You must have opted into marketing emails and confirmed consent to receive VIP access.
While protected from bots, stock will still sell out within minutes, so customers will need to act fast.

- Have the same email address on your Eclipse Cards account and your marketing subscription
If you don’t secure stock in Wave 1, you’ll still have a chance through the public lottery.

💎 Prismatic Evolutions Drop (VIP Drop Only)
The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet – Prismatic Evolutions Premium Figure Collection will be available tomorrow at 13:00 for VIP customers.
Stock is extremely limited and will be first-come, first-served.
We’re releasing our entire UK allocation at RRP, and due to the popularity of this product, it’s expected to sell out within minutes.
We are working to secure additional stock from US suppliers, but please note that these imported units will be more expensive due to tariffs and international shipping costs.

The second wave is open to everyone via lottery entry.
A limited number of Booster Boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes from Phantasmal Flames will be available.
You must enter with the email associated with your customer account.
Important: Customers found entering using multiple email addresses will not be considered for the lottery. All winners will be checked to see if duplicate entries were made.

- Submit your email address linked to your Eclipse Cards account.
- Confirm your entry via the marketing consent email (check junk/spam folders)
- Ensure your Eclipse Cards account email matches your entry
📣 Winners will be randomly drawn and notified by email with a purchase link.
Please note that being selected does not guarantee access to all the products you requested — stock is very limited.
Each winner will be notified individually about which specific products they are eligible to purchase based on remaining availability.
They will have 24 hours to make their purchase after receiving the email.

- One per person limit on each item to maximise fairness.
- Certain products (e.g., Premium Checklane Blisters, Bundles) may sell out faster than others.
- Do not waste time browsing for other products during VIP drops - items are not reserved in the basket. Checkout fast and through the product pages
🚫 Fair Access Policy
To protect genuine collectors, we enforce a strict no-bot policy. Any order placed using:
- Automated checkout tools
- Scripts or bots
- Direct-to-checkout links
- Any method bypassing the intended process
...will be cancelled and the customer permanently banned from future purchases. All orders are verified before acceptance.
This includes VIP customers — any attempt to purchase before the listed drop times will result in immediate cancellation, VIP status removal, and a permanent block from future purchases.
